Delete your whole account

Email support@host0.ai from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We reply to confirm, then delete it within 30 days, usually within a couple of days. If you're on Pro, we cancel the subscription as part of the deletion, so you aren't charged again.

What gets deleted

• Your account and its sign-in methods (email code, Google).
• Every app you own: its files, all its versions, its shared data (records), its shares and invitations.
• Your API keys and MCP connections.
• The analytics for your apps.

Your app links stop working as soon as the account is deleted, and their addresses become free for anyone to use.

What we keep

Billing records (invoices and payments, if you were ever on Pro), for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Nothing else. See the privacy policy for the details.

Delete things yourself

You don't need to email us to remove parts of your account:

• Delete an app. Open the app in the dashboard, go to Settings, then Delete app. Agents can call DELETE /api/v1/apps/{app} or the MCP tool delete_app. The app, its files, versions and records are gone at once.
• Revoke API keys. Dashboard → API keys, or DELETE /api/v1/keys/{id}. A revoked key stops working immediately.
• Stop sharing an app. The app's Sharing tab removes a person's access on their next request.
