Question 1

What counts as a visit?

Accepted Answer

A page view of any app you own, or a file opened in a browser tab — bots are left out. Visits are added up across all your apps for the calendar month (UTC). Free includes 10,000 a month and Pro 100,000.

Question 2

What happens if my apps go over the visit limit?

Accepted Answer

Nothing breaks — every visitor still gets in. We email you once that month and show a note in your dashboard. On the free plan the small host0 badge on your pages turns into a slim bar at the bottom until the month ends or you upgrade.

Question 3

What happens to my apps if I go back to the free plan?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is deleted and nothing goes offline. Apps you made public on the web stay public, but you can't make more until you're under 3. Files that are already live keep serving; a new publish has to fit the free plan's 3 MB per file. Old versions are removed, the badge comes back, and analytics are hidden — not deleted — so they're there again if you upgrade.

Question 4

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from the billing page in your dashboard and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. You can switch between monthly and yearly there too.

Question 5

Do the people who open my apps need an account or a seat?

Accepted Answer

No. Anyone you share an app with — viewers, teammates you invite by email, people using its shared database — is free and unlimited. A plan is for the person who publishes.

Question 6

When is the Team plan coming?

Accepted Answer

We're building it now: apps owned by a team, roles, and one bill for up to 10 publishers. Email support@host0.ai and we'll tell you when it's ready.
